We’re hiring graduates

As Isthmus continues to grow with an influx of exciting new projects that advance land, people and culture, we’re looking for a handful of talented and enthusiastic graduates to join us in 2017.

At Isthmus, collaboration is everything. It’s the way we structure our work, our play and our relationships. Our graduate intake is about so much more than supporting our teams on existing projects. We’ve recently made a number of promotions across the studios and we’re looking for the next generation of Isthmus – a diversity of talents we can foster and grow with, and fresh thinking that will keep pushing us forward.

What we want

Culture fit is everything. We look for talented people with a strong record of achievement but just as important is showing creativity, passion and initiative outside of study and work.  Being part of a sporting team, a volunteer group, or an artist collective says a lot to us about the person and their values. While we want top students with strong grades and portfolios that demonstrate real design talent, we need energetic, proactive people who thrive on teamwork and collaboration. Creativity, tenacity and unquenchable curiosity go a long way too!
